Plans can change each year. We review your current coverage with you during the Annual Enrollment Period so you can decide whether to keep it or consider another option.

Initial Enrollment Period
A 7-month window around your 65th birthday — the 3 months before, your birthday month, and the 3 months after.
Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
October 15 – December 7 each year. This is when most people can join, switch, or drop a Medicare Advantage or Part D plan.
Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment
January 1 – March 31 each year. If you are already in a Medicare Advantage plan, you may make a one-time change.
